I'm very sorry I have not updated in ages. A lot has happened in the last month.
My first craft show was a resounding success! I met a lot of great people and had a very fun time. My table looked spectacular (for a beginner, you know). Here is where I would show you some pictures, but...
One of the things that has happened is that my camera finally bit the dust. This is very sad for me, because I was just really getting into photography. It's also sad because this means, for the time being, that I can't update my etsy shop.
All the money I earned at the craft show, therefore, will be going toward a new camera. I've already got my sight on one with a beautiful zoom and more manual options. This is very exciting for me!
November is National Novel Writing Month and I have been working away at that, which is why I haven't had much chance to update here. Again, many apologies.
I hope you are all well! And hope to have some better news for you in the near future. :)
Best wishes.

Oh cool, novel-writing month? I've been putting that off. Seriously, I have a title, bits and bobs floating through my mind -- and I swear I've already written the entire thing in my head when I can't sleep at night.
YAY on your show! I review shows for Sunshine Artist magazine and it's always good to hear that.
Boo on the camera. I hope you can nab one on a Christmas sale or something!
When you said it was novel-writing month... I thought it was a joke... then I remembered that you are a writer too... Glad the show went well, where was this show, I forget if you mentioned.
My show last week went great! I wish my real life would allow me to do more, but I am satisfied that I can at least do the few shows a year that I do.
Sorry 'bout the camera, that is a real bummer! I agree that you may be able to find one on special this time of the year...
Congratulations on your first show being a success!!! It is such positive reinforcement. Best of luck with the novel. The camera situation stinks. It will be exciting to purchase a new one though!
Sorry to hear about the camera - it's amazing how attached to them we get. The you can't imagine living without them!
Glad to hear that your craft show outing was a great success. Its not surprising because your work is gorgeous. Sorry about you camera...had that happen to me during the summer but the good thing is that I had an excuse to go out and buy a better one. Take care
